“Seek First His Kingdom and Righteousness…” Mathew 6:33
Serving my clients as an effective professional Advocate is my primary motivation and top priority. I listen and personally provide detailed evaluations of the facts and law in each matter, discuss available options and carefully craft approaches that are most economical and effective for my clients. I offer faithfulness, integrity, loyalty, respect, competence, diligence and good judgment.
I am an experienced trial attorney, trained and prepared to go to trial when required. However, 95% or more of all civil matters are resolved by way of alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation, arbitration or negotiated settlements. In addition to securing my law degree at Georgetown University and going to trail over the past 30 years, I’ve secured training in arbitration and served as an arbitrator in Georgia Courts and received extensive Conflict Coaching & Mediation training through Peacemaker Ministries.
I handle a wide range of legal matters and conflicts involving complex litigation, serious injuries and death, business, wills and estates, insurance, property, employment and aspects of criminal assaults and sex crimes.
