About Mr. Ballard:
Mr. Ballard is a trial attorney with over 35 years' experience in a wide range of legal matters and disputes. He grew up in the Washington, DC area where he attended DeMatha High School, secured a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice at University of Maryland, and achieved his law degree at Georgetown University.
Mr. Ballard lives in Alpharetta, Georgia, and has one son who attends Georgia Institute of Technology where he majors in Biomedical Engineering while playing baseball.
Mr. Ballard’s law firm serves clients in all 159 Georgia counties, and he is associated with top law firms to serve clients in all 50 states.

Mr. Ballard has represented, on pro-bono basis, victims of tragedies and hardships both directly and through various organizations including:
-The September 11 Victim’s Compensation Fund, New York, providing free legal representation to a surviving victim and family members of a non-survivor.
-The Legal Aid Society, Georgia, providing low-income people with legal representation in landlord/tenant disputes and other matters.
-Forsyth County Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children, Georgia, advocating for health and safety of children in temporary custody of the State or foster care as a result of family crisis.
-The Care Ministries and Departments in various churches and non-profit organizations, providing advocacy, counsel, resources & referral information to individuals, families, and organizations in crisis.
-The Ballard Law Firm Wills Project, providing wills and other documents for police officers, Church Staff & Young Life Staff.
